10,000 techies appeal online for a Country Free of Corruption

Over 10,000 techies from Bangalore have appealed to citizens through an online petition to support Anna Hazare and his campaign for a country free of corruption. These techies, each working in IT and software companies in the garden city have taken time out from their regular software jobs to uphold the views put forth by Anna Hazare and the Lokpal Bill.
Joining the rest of India in fighting for a clean and corruption free India, these IT professionals staged a demonstration to draw attention to the various dishonest practices and large scale corruption practices which has been taking place in our country. They and the rest of the country are enthusiastically supporting this small town social activist who is fighting for a worthy cause.
The online appeal is launched on www.employeesagainst corruption.com. Rampant malpractices and escalation of corruption have the entire country up in arms to see this Lokpal Bill through. Mr. Lakshminarayanan, Chairman of CitiConnect said that though the economy of India was growing by leaps and bounds it is being hampered by corruption and mismanagement in both private and public sectors which cannot be tolerated any longer.
