Reports on social media reveal Facebook App Center is now available in India. If what reports suggest is true Facebook app Center is now available to users in Australia, Canada, India, South Africa, New Zealand, UK and US.
With more than 600 social apps, Facebook has launched app center in early June. Facebook users can avail of apps related to games, travel, lifestyle, food, fashion, and lifestyle amongst others. Since Facebook’s Timeline came into being, in excess of 4,500 apps have been developed for this feature. Among the many apps on Facebook App Center, the popular ones are Rotten Tomatoes, Draw Something, Sound Cloud, Ubisoft Ghost Recon Commander, Instagram, and Pinterest.
On mobile, App center will be available through Facebook app for Android and iOS or through Facebook.com on mobile. In regard with launch of App Center in India, Aaron Brady said, “From the mobile app center, users can easily browse apps that are compatible with their device, and if a mobile app requires installation, they will be sent to download the app form the App Store or Google Play. Facebook App Center’s Executive Drew Hopkins has revealed App Center will be launched in the coming weeks in Taiwan, Brazil, Turkey, Spain, Germany, France and Russia.
