In a recent survey conducted, Google India, Makemytrip and Intel were named as the three top companies to work for.  This survey and study was conducted by Great Places To Work Institute.  The top five in over 50 companies named were, Google India, Intel Technology, Makemytrip, American Express India and Marriott Hotels.

Great Place to Work Institute, headed by Mr. Prasenjit Bhattacharya, CEO of the company worked at categorizing top most popular workable companies on a global basis.  They have been working for last 25 years in over 45 countries to study and identify best workable places in the industry.

The CEO also said that companies are continually trying to offer employee’s better terms of employment as American Express had offered female employees a special pregnancy care program while Makemytrip.com gave its workers ESOPs of 70%. What makes these places best to work in are their work-life balance, flexible time off permits, and other benefits offered to their employees which makes employees dedicated and loyal.
