Intel's Second generation Core processors called Sandybridge features a unique software named ‘Intel Insider’, and now Intel makes this available for all PC's powered by 2nd generation Intel Core processor with in-built graphics.
'Intel Insider' allows downloading a movie prior to its release date, and helping users to view an intended movie on the release day. 'Proactive queue' is what Intel calls this unique feature, which ensures users to view a brand new movie without having to spend time on download when the movie is released.
Intel's managing Director for South Asia, R.Shivakumar expressed his delight with introduction of 'Intel Insider' in India mainly because, he foresees a huge potential for growth in a country like India where movies are very popular. Hungama.com will work with Intel, and serve as a platform for downloading and streaming of various genres of movies. 'Intel Insider' allows purchase and rent of movies online via any movie site.
