Already 3D gaming is growing in popularity all over the world. TV manufacturers are aware of this trend and are integrating 3D gaming into Smart Televisions. LG Corporation South Korea’s second largest electronics manufacturer has added 3D enabled gaming to its line of Smart TVs.
The company announced that five game titles, Frisbee Forever, Diversion, Burn the City, Air Penguin and Downhill Bowling 2 have been added to its app store Smart World and will be available where the company offers paid services.
Countries that will be able to avail of 3D gaming are South Korea, U.K, Australia, Russia, Canada, Italy, Singapore, France, Taiwan, Spain, Philippines, Germany and Russia. LG Cinema 3D Smart TV owners will be able to choose from the games at the app store.
LG has revealed that more games would be added to its app store towards end of August. Air Penguin amongst others was chosen to be optimized with LG Smart TVs specifically for its exceptional 3D playability. LG Smart TV remotes will double up as a motion sensitive game controller.
