Apple will begin to manufacture its iPhone 5S variant in coming days as it gears up for a product launch this year. Strengthening the story further, Chinese manufacturer Foxconn that oversaw production of previous handsets from this brand has begun hiring 10,000 workers a week to make sure production lines will be up and running once manufacturing starts. According to Apple this handset will be quite cheap as compared to its predecessors and will be made out of a light weight plastic material.
According to reports, the new iPhone 5 will boast of updated software and camera as also processor. It will run on iOS 7 the latest software used on iPad's and the current iPhone. Rumors have it that due to software glitches, engineers working on OS X 10.9 have been roped in to sort out these issues. Information garnered also suggests that engineers working on the phone have been provided with devices that have polarizing filter on displays to decrease viewing angles and keep the overhauled UI under wraps until its release.
Seeing that the iPhone 5S will be launched in autumn, sales of iPhone devices could drop sharply as customers eagerly await launch of the new phone.
