For the third consecutive year Google India Pvt. Ltd took the top spot on a list of best companies to work for in India. Great Place to Work Institute, India, in association with Economic Times carried out a poll with more than 80,000 employees across companies in the country which revealed findings about Google being the best place to work in this country.

Close behind Google were Intel Technology India Pvt. Ltd, NTPC Ltd, and Make My Trip India Pvt. Ltd. Fifth spot on the list of best companies to work in India was taken by Forbes Marshall Pvt. Ltd. In an email statement Great Place to Work mentioned” The coverage is across 21 sectors encompassing not only Indian and multinational companies in the private sector, but also public sector and not-for-profit organizations. Recruitment firm Ma Foi Randstad, Chief Executive Officer, E. Balaji said “A work environment that’s rated highly by employees leads to customer satisfaction and makes it easier to attract staff”.
