Sales of Apple’s iPhone and iPad to resume in Germany

Apple the multinational corporation announced that it was cleared to resume sale of its popular older iPhones and 3G-equipped iPad devices through its German online channel partner. Earlier on December 9, a German Court ruled in favor of Motorola asking Apple Sales international, the sales subsidiary of Apple in Cork, Ireland to stop selling devices that infringed certain patents of Motorola Cellular.

Recently, Apple officials announced that their products in dispute had been granted permission to go on sale on their online store in Germany. Because of the ruling that had gone in favor of Motorola on December 9 2011, the sale of Apple’s iPhone 3G iPads with 3G/UMTS had come to a halt on their online store in Germany. But now, with the ban being lifted Apple will resume with sale of its products in full flow. Apple has been involved with patent infringement wars with competitors in various countries.
