Samsung launches cheapest touch screen handset

A tiny but powerful device, the C3300 was launched without much ho ha by Samsung yesterday. Samsung’s Champ 3300 will be available in India for a price of Rs 4100, which is not much to ask for the features it comes with. Power packed with a 1.3 MP auto focus camera on the rear, 3.5 mm audio out jack, memory expandable up to 8GB, EDGE/GPRS support, BlueTooth, USB 2.0 and a 2.4” touch screen.

Weighing just 80 grams, C3300 comes along with a stereo headset and stylus. It has a decent battery life as C3300 is powered by a 1000 mAH battery. For a price like that, C3300 is the cheapest touch screen phone yet by any of the mainstream mobile manufacturing companies.
