Smartphone manufacturers seem to have an affinity with pink. It doesn’t come as a surprise why, considering majority of young teenage girls across the world love the color. Just recently AT& T and Nokia revealed its stunning pink Lumia 900 and now Sony has gone ahead and showcased a pink version of its Xperia P at its Weibo.
Sporting similar architectural and construction elements seen in Black and silver versions of the smartphone, this pink offering aims to target young females across the world. Not many will be surprised if the pink device is up for grabs only in Asia.
Pink is a preferred choice among women and teenagers in many Asian countries and is used as a fashion accessory that complements various styles of dressing. This trend is especially popular in Japan where teenage girls love to use candy colored phones as an accessory in fashion. Sony has not revealed information in regard with pricing and availability of its Xperia P in pink.
