As usual, Apple co-founder and CEO Steve Jobs came on stage to eradicate iPhone 4 fears from media and loyal customers. And by the time he left he had achieved for what he took the stand today. Steve Jobs showed the world what is a clear case of bad press for its latest iPhone. Highlights of his report are as follows;
• Only 0.55% of iPhone owners have officially complained regarding connectivity issues.
• With just 1.4% return rate, compared to 6.0% of its predecessor iPhone 3GS
• Drops only one more call than 3GS in 100 calls
• iOS 4.0.1 which was released yesterday, will fix Exchange bug and antenna bar issues
Clearly iPhone 4’s connectivity issues were blown out of proportion by media. Steve Jobs ended the conference saying all smartphones have weak spots and so does iPhone4.
