Windows 7 phones as perks. Surprised? Well, don’t be as this is true for all Microsoft employees around the world. Recently, Microsoft Global Exchange has announced such a proposal, and the news has come straight from an employee of Microsoft itself.

The man tweeted that he was equally taken aback after hearing this recent update (probably at some intra company meeting).

Previously such a gesture was shown by Google, when it gifted Nexus One to many of its employees after the phone was launched first in US.

Microsoft has decided to present all employees with mobile phones loaded with Windows 7. The only point which until now hasn’t been confirmed is the specific date of this event. Even Microsoft employees have confirmed receiving a mail which reads that they will get WP7 mobiles by end of 2010. Certainly, party time for Microsoft employees cause who else gets phone perks.
